postcodes for all UK addresses, road names and place names.
Our pricing policy is simple, what we quote is what we charge – no
hidden extra’s . We allow 10 minutes waiting time free of charge for all
pickups with the exception of Airport pickups where we allow a full 1 hour from time of arrival of the clients flight. Airport pick ups also include parking for 1 hour free of charge
too. Please note: The price quoted is for the vehicle (Not per passenger – as some USA companies quote.)

We are competitive. We are not a minicab operation or a chauffeur service (although we can supply this through our sister company ExecutiveStar – call the booking line).

When it comes to Airport Transfers from anywhere in London or the home counties we are on average 20-35% less expensive than London’s Largest Private Hire Company and they ,on their website state that they are on average 35% cheaper than black taxi’s on account, so there are serious savings to be made when booking with AirportStar.
Once booked you will receive an email confirming the booking - free of charge. When your cab arrives you will receive a text message giving all details of your driver and vehicle. If required we can also text a link for you to track your cab from when it is despatched to pick you up to when we
complete your transfer. (0.50p charge for this). Your online booking
