All vehicles are inspected daily by our drivers, weekly by ourselves and are subject to two Department of Transport checks annually. In addition the vehicles are subject to a rigorous license inspection annually.

Booking & Confirmation
AirportStar utilise the latest and most advanced booking and despatch system (Link to Cordic). Our friendly trained staff ensure that your booking is taken efficiently and accurately. Once booked you will receive a booking confirmation by email to ensure all aspects of the booking are correct.
All journeys are GPS satellite tracked and stored, Clients can track their booked vehicle from despatch to destination via a text link sent to the Client’s cell/mobile telephone on the despatch of their AirportStar® driver/chauffeur.
Pick Up.
Once your driver/chauffeur has arrived at the pick up address Clients receive a text message with the driver’s details and vehicle detail .Drivers/Chauffeurs are trained to help with luggage into and out of the Vehicle. All vehicles carry umbrellas’ first aid kits & universal phone chargers. Executive vehicles have Wi-Fi connections as required.
Your Transfer
AirportStar® track all transfers and once complete store the details of the tracked journey for one month. Booking details are stored for a period of 4 years.
On Completion
Customers will receive a receipt either from the driver of by e mail on request.
Repeat Bookings
Our Advance despatch system securely stores all details of our clients making return or further bookings straightforward and accurate. We do not share this information or use this information with any 3rd parties without your express consent and only use this information for booking purposes only.
